We uphold stringent protocols to ensure every case leaving our lab has been filled to the exact specifications of the Dentist or Orthodontist. We do this not only to ensure quality of each appliance, but also to confirm through internal controls that no elements of the rx were missed.

 

We have found since implementing these internal controls, we are also better able to customize each appliance based on the standard practices many offices have in place as far as their preferences to wire size, angle of bends, material brands, etc. etc. 

 

With the return of your completed rx, we include a copy of the Quality Control Sheet for your insurance and piece of mind. With that said, we're still not perfect. Nevertheless, these protocols also help us see where we went wrong, hopefully before your case is delivered.
