Owner, Operator and Master Technician, Tracie Thomas has worked in the dental industry for nearly 30 years, specializing in orthodontics since 1994, and appliance fabrication since 1999. After moving from Portland to Seattle in 2010, Trace decided to fuel her passion for appliance fabrication exclusively; and, after working for several in-house labs, decided to build her own practice from scratch, which she opened in late 2011. Having established partnerships with esteemed dentists and orthodontists in the greater Seattle and outlining areas, Tracie created a new gold standard in orthodontic appliance manufacturing, while simultaneously eliminating the void her core principle focusing on the total customer experience filled. Within five years, Trace Ortho Lab has grown to a client base of more than 150 practices, employing and training a staff of five full time employees.
